My priority is to provide a streamlined approach from the initial consultation to installation.
My emphasis is on collaboration, working closely with builders and tradespeople; serving as a project manager.
DISCOVERY CALL: Everyone starts here. This is a 15-minute phone call to find out how I can be of assistance. I will send over a questionnaire to fill out before the initial consultation.
CONSULTATION: In-person meeting at the location of your project. We will discuss your wants and needs, walk through your space, discuss budget and timeline, share vision/Pinterest boards, and get your questions answered.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN: Contract is signed. Detailed measurements with photos of your space. Initial ideas are brought through a mood board to make sure we are on the same page.
DETAILED DESIGN: Space planning with furniture layout, preliminary drawings with computer-aided drawings with 3D renderings if renovating. Conduct trade day for contractor and tradespeople to provide estimates and timelines to complete the project.
PURCHASING AND PROJECT MANAGER: Finalizing plans, orders placed, shipment tracked. Real-time updates, onsite visit to ensure correct design implementation, and problems solved as they arise.
INSTALLATION: Installation of furniture, cabinets, window treatments, wall coverings, art, and accessories.
